What’s the difference between a group dialog and a public dialog (channel)?

Group dialog is a type of dialog that can be created by anyone, between specific users in occupants_ids parameter.

Other users can’t join this dialog and only dialog participants can invite other users.

Public dialog is a type of dialog that can be created by anyone and all application users can join this dialog.
